Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority, at all times. We are sorry that you are not happy with your purchase. Don't worry! The process is pretty simple! For all products purchased, you need to initiate return within a period of 5 days from the delivery date. As per the company policy, the refund would be issued only if the products are returned, with the tags and packaging intact, in an unwashed and undamaged condition.  Our return policy does not apply to promotional offers or discounted prices, festival offers or any other form of promotions. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on any returns. The refund would be issued to you, after thorough quality check of the product(s) by our team.

For hygienic purposes, our returns policy does not apply to inner wear, washed products, products sold as combos. Please keep in mind that, in special circumstances, the rules of promotional offers may override our regular returns policy. Shipping charges and convenience charges will not be refunded, as they are non-refundable.
